My Account & Membership
Email verification: Checking account…
What your account can do
- Free researcher: create and manage private research boards.
- Verified email: eligible for future member photo uploads once that feature launches.
- Identity verification: separate from email confirmation; not required for free research tools.
Photo uploads, paid plans, and public publishing are not available yet. Membership and identity labels are informational, not evidence credentials.
❔ Why verify my identity?
Identity verification is optional. You can remain unverified and keep using your private research tools.
Private verification may eventually help you qualify to apply for public research publishing or specialized investigator roles. It does not certify your research or conclusions.
Your legal identity will not automatically be displayed publicly. You can continue to use a researcher handle and keep your legal name out of your public profile, even if you choose to verify privately.
Identity verification is not available yet. NIGHTWATCH is not collecting identity documents here. Any future process will explain privacy, data handling, and public-display choices before you begin.
